The show kicked off with an interview with Leole Francis, who is the Cape Town Festival’s Marketing Manager. There were a number of events taking place in and around the country to celebrate Human Rights Day and one such event that took place here in Cape Town was the Cape Town Festival in the Company Gardens. The festival is also a celebration of the cultural and linguistic diversity within the Mother City. The festival which takes place annually has been running since 1999 and told us more about the Festival as well as who would be performing.
